BMS Commits up to $11B+ To Work With BioNTech on Solid Tumor Bispecific
Bristol Myers Squibb has entered into a partnership with BioNTech, committing up to $11.1 billion to co-develop and commercialize BNT327, a bispecific antibody targeting solid tumors.
The agreement includes $1.5 billion upfront, $2 billion in noncontingent payments through 2028 and up to $7.6 billion in milestone-based payments. BNT327 is currently in Phase III trials as a treatment for two types of lung cancer.
The collaboration reflects Bristol Myers Squibb’s leadership in oncology and its continued investment in advancing cutting-edge cancer therapies.
