Jubilant to expand campus with $18.5M allergens facility
Jubilant HollisterStier plans to expand its Spokane campus with a new $18.5 million building to relocate its allergens processing business unit.
The proposed two-story structure will be built on two parcels of land just north of the existing campus in Spokane’s Bemiss neighborhood and will support HollisterStier Allergy operations. The development is the first phase of a multiphase expansion, and the facility will include raw materials storage, compounding functions, biological source materials storage, research and development laboratory space, cleanrooms, mechanical support spaces, offices, and acetone and solvent storage areas.
As a regional biomanufacturing leader, Jubilant HollisterStier’s expansion strengthens Spokane’s growing life sciences hub.
