Frazier Life Sciences raises $1.3 billion for latest fund
Frazier Life Sciences, headquartered in Palo Alto and with a major office in Seattle, has announced it raised $1.3 billion for its 12th fund to back more biopharmaceutical startups, its largest to date.
A long-time catalyst in the region’s health innovation economy, Frazier has backed standout companies such as Alpine Immune Sciences, acquired by Vertex in 2024 for $4.9 billion. Since 2016, the firm has raised more than $3.6 billion across five venture funds, plus $1.7 billion in public funds since 2021.
With this latest fund, Frazier is doubling down on its commitment to advancing world-class science, creating high-impact jobs, and driving the continued expansion of Washington’s thriving life sciences sector.
