Spokane Community College partners with company to train biomanufacturing workers
Spokane Community College partnered with Jubilant HollisterStier to launch a biomanufacturing training program this semester.
The Introduction to Biomanufacturing program covers basic biomanufacturing operations and guarantees students an interview for an internship upon completion. The partnership addresses the need for skilled workers as the industry grows in Spokane.
With more than 70 life science companies in Spokane, the partnership is a timely example of how industry and education are collaborating to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline.
