Hottest hiring markets: Here’s where Seattle ranks
According to new data from the research arm of payroll giant ADP, the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro area is ranked as the fourth-hottest hiring market, where the average pay grew by 6.5% annually.
The hiring rate in the metro area grew by 4% between July 2023 and June 2024 and new hires can expect to earn $20 per hour, behind only the California cities San Jose ($25) and San Francisco ($21).
