Immunome Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in targeted cancer therapies, recently signed a lease to move into the headquarters at Bothell’s Alloy Innovation Center. Totaled at 29,344 square feet, the six-building campus will significantly expand Immunome’s operations with an option to more than double its space throughout the lease.

In a recent release, Max Rosett, chief financial officer at Immunome, stated “The decision to lease at the Alloy Innovation Center aligns with Immunome’s growth trajectory.” Owned by West Tech Properties, the Alloy Innovation Center has a total of 205,000 rentable square feet.
