In challenging times, health care leaders work to spur positivity

COVID-19 put a strain on multiple industries over the last few years, but several Spokane leaders in biosciences and healthcare are focused on supporting their teams and fostering growth by emphasizing connection.

Marcelo Morales, the founder of Allele Diagnostics, A4Ventures and co-founder of Amend Health, believes his role in the community is participating to aid advancement in the industry along with advising and investing in the work of others in life sciences.

“My role is to continue some of the infrastructural momentum we have in life sciences in Spokane,” said Marcelo Morales. “Listen to what’s going on, read a ton and immerse yourself in knowledge. In tumultuous periods like this, try to be steady and not panic.”
