Allen Institute for AI’s new office lease bolsters an emerging artificial intelligence corridor in Seattle
The Allen Institute for AI (AI2) has leased a full floor in the Northlake Commons building, encompassing 50,000 square feet.
Founded by the late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, AI2 is a non-profit dedicated to advancing AI research and engineering to benefit the common good. Although the move-in date has yet to be confirmed, AI2 plans to begin with around 200 employees in the new space.
AI2’s new lease is poised to strengthen Seattle’s emerging AI sector.
