The Most Walkable Cities in the US, Ranked
Seattle is the fourth most walkable city in America, according to a new report from Smart Growth America.
The rankings were drawn from two databases that assigned cities with walkability scores based on various factors, including distance from conveniences like grocery stores and public transportation, the amount of space between city blocks and overall building density in the area.
Other cities that made the list include Washington, D.C., Minneapolis and Portland.
