Lincoln Property Company’s Nearly 200,000 SQFT Life Science Building in Seattle Tops Out

Lincoln Property Company (LPC) and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation celebrated the topping out of a new life science building in Seattle. Located at 222 Fifth in South Lake Union, the building stands 10 stories tall and holds nearly 200,000 square feet. The space will reserve three floors of move-in ready Class A laboratory suites of up to 26,696 square feet and support the city’s growing life science industry.

“LPC & Intercontinental are excited to be topping out 222 Fifth and offering the Seattle life science community brand new, ready-for-science lab suites. These state-of-the-art research suites represent meaningful savings for growing life science companies in Seattle,” said Alex Aigner, Senior Vice President with LPC.

Along with more than 70,000 square feet of lab space, the building will house a vast rooftop deck, round-the-clock security and onsite retail. Construction is set to be completed in August 2024.
