WSU Spokane launches life sciences startup incubator

Washington State University in Spokane announced the opening of Spinout Space, or Sp3nw, a life sciences incubator for launching startups. The goal of Sp3nw is to fuel research for biotech, pharma, diagnostics and medical device companies. It will also connect regional life science entrepreneurs with consultants, investor groups and service providers, as well as expertise from WSU faculty. Satellite sites for the incubator will open around Washington on other WSU campuses, in Pullman, Vancouver, Tri-Cities and Everett.
